This notice has been prepared by Op. Dr. Sadık Sözdinler, acting as data controller, to inform you about the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and applicable regulations.

Through the contact and appointment forms on our website, we process your full name, phone number, e-mail address and the information you share in your message. If you share information about your health in your message, such data is considered special category personal data and is processed only with your explicit consent.

Data submitted via the forms is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose of contact and for the limitation periods stipulated in the applicable legislation, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction of incomplete or incorrect data, to request deletion or destruction, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred, and to claim compensation for damages.
